This hotel provided us with delicious food, a public bath and an amazing view of Mount Fuji from the top floors. Additionally, the location was very convenient and the staff was extremely hospitable.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The food served at this hotel is above average while the public bath is a great amenity, offering relaxation opportunities. if you are lucky enough to book a room on the top floors, the stunning view of Mount Fuji in the distance is awe-inspiring and will certainly set the mood for a memorable family vacation.
The guest rooms are outdated and not well-maintained, which can make for an uncomfortable stay.

The hotel had a great view of Mount Fuji which was a pleasant surprise. The food had a relatively good selection, and we enjoyed the public bath which was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect as it was near to public transport stops, and we were able to explore the city.
The hotel room was a bit old and dirty, which made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. The restaurant staffs were a bit rude and unprofessional, which made our dining experience unpleasant. The price seemed quite high compared to the quality of the hotel and overall experience.

The views were breathtaking, we could see Mount Fuji from our room. The food was delicious, and we were impressed by the variety of choices offered at the restaurant. The small pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel seemed old and outdated. The room was not very clean, and we found it hard to sleep comfortably at night.
